Mango Salsa
Eating healthy has become a mantra for me and that is why I am constantly finding creative ways to enjoy the good things that life has to offer. This crazily delightful dish works for me all the time. I always have dried mangoes at home because mango is my favorite fruit. Fresh or dried, I must have them.
When entertaining, I chop up an avocado into a bowl, sour cream (optional), shredded cheese, our dried mangoes of course, and the tortilla chips to top it off. Every taste is such a fruity experience until we get to the main dish. The calories don’t matter here. Just enjoy.
